The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sainthia branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Sainthia:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Sainthia branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Sainthia customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
