The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sanquelim branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Sanquelim:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Sanquelim branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Sanquelim customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Sanquelim customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
