The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sardar Shahar branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Sardar Shahar:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Sardar Shahar branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Sardar Shahar customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
