The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Shegaon branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Shegaon:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Shegaon branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Shegaon customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Shegaon customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
