The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Shillong branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Shillong:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Shillong branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Shillong customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Shillong customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Shillong branch
