The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Siddipet branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Siddipet:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Siddipet branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Siddipet customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Siddipet customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
