The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Siliguri branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Siliguri:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Siliguri branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Siliguri customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Siliguri customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
