The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sivakasi branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Sivakasi:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Sivakasi branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Sivakasi customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
