The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Udumalpet branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Udumalpet:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Udumalpet branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Udumalpet customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
