The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Vellore branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Vellore:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Vellore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Vellore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Vellore customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Vellore branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
