The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Warangal branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Warangal:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Warangal branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Warangal customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Warangal customers
