The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Zira branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Zira:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Zira branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Zira customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Zira customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Zira branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
