The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Phoosgarh branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Phoosgarh:

• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Phoosgarh branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Phoosgarh customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
